Die Leistung umfasst die bedarfsgerechte Beschaffung sowie die fachgerechte Lieferung von Geräten der Präsentationsperipherie an die fünf Schulstandorte, Lagerung mit Lieferung auf Abruf, in den Kategorien: - Apple TV/WiDi/Chromecast (inkl. Mobile Lautsprecher, Mics, Soundbar) - Beamer - Visualizer - Whiteboards (interaktive Wandtafel) Bestand aktuell: - 41 Apple TV/WiDi/Chromecast - 26 Beamer - 22 Visualizer - 12 Whiteboards (interaktive Wandtafel) Option: Sämtliche Hardware im Mietmodell Betrieb und Wartung der Infrastruktur, Störungsbehebung, 2nd-3rd-Level-Support, jährlicher Re-Rollout, Hardware-Inventar. Evtl. Schulung/Ausbildung des internen 1st-Level-Supports; Account Administration. Einbindung der Hardware in die jeweilige IT-Umgebung. Lieferung, Installation und schlüsselfertige Inbetriebnahme aller Komponenten. Für die Informatik (Clients ggf. Server) läuft eine separate Ausschreibung.
