Description

Beställaren söker en helhetsleverantör som tar fullt ansvar för myndighetens IT‑miljö – från användarnära support till säker drift av infrastruktur och molntjänster. Leveransen omfattar följande sex tjänsteområden: 1. Servicedesk & support – första linjens kontakt (vardagar 08‑17) inklusive incident‐ och ärendehantering. 2. Infrastruktur & nätverk – drift, övervakning och säkerhets­skydd av datacenter, nät, brandväggar, VPN och trådlösa nät. 3. Backup & återställning – daglig säkerhetskopiering av Microsoft 365 och lokala system med geografisk redundans. 4. Klienter & licenser – livscykelhantering av Windows‑/macOS‑arbetsplatser via Intune/MDM samt optimerad licenshantering. 5. Systemförvaltning & verksamhetsstöd – drift och stöd för Microsoft 365, Zoom, Printix, SSC‑tjänster m.m. 6. Informations‑ & IT‑säkerhet – efterlevnad av MSBFS 2020:6‑8, GDPR och ISO 27001, inklusive loggning, patchning och incident­respons.
