IT Operations is responsible for all IT activities and projects related to the process of implementing, managing, delivering, and supporting IT services to meet the business needs of internal and external users. IT Operations ensures that IT systems are running efficiently and cost-effectively, providing a foundation for growth. IT Operations also involves the implementation of new technologies, such as cloud computing and software automation, to streamline processes and reduce manual labour. To support this, bidders are sought. In addition, IT technical consultancy support is requested.
