Description
De aan te besteden opdracht wordt als volgt gedefinieerd: Het leveren van IT hardware ( waaronder chromebooks, laptops, desktops, tablets) en toebehoren zoals toetsenborden, muizen, headsets en monitoren/monitorarmen. Ook advies, installatie en service (onder garantie) behoren tot deze opdracht. Buiten de scope van de opdracht vallen netwerkcomponenten. De verwachtte omvang van de opdracht is € 140.000 inclusief btw per jaar. De maximale waarde van de overeenkomst bedraagt € 680.000 inclusief btw, waarbij rekening gehouden is met eventuele verhoging van tarieven van devices. Indien de waarde van de opdracht eerder bereikt is dan de einddatum van de overeenkomst, eindigt de overeenkomst van rechtswege. Aan deze bedragen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
