Hanke eesmärk on Kaitseväe sõidukite istmete taastamine. Teenuse osutamise algus on esimesel võimalusel. Istmete remont 2025. aastal. Tööd, mida ei ole võimalik käesoleval aastal lõpule viia, kantakse üle 2026. aastasse, et tagada tööde järjepidevus ja vältida tegevuspausi. Ostu vormistamiseks kasutatakse kirjalikku taasesitamist võimaldavas vormis e-posti teel edastatud ostutellimust, mis on võrdsustatud hankelepinguga.
