Hankinnan kohteena ovat isännöinnin tukipalvelut tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä esitetyllä tavalla. Tilaaja valitsee yhden (1) Palveluntuottajan, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen.
