Przedmiotem zamówienia jest na świadczenie usług Inżyniera Kontraktu przy realizacji zamówienia na roboty budowlane pn. „Budowa Instalacji Odzysku Energii z frakcji energetycznej odpadów (RDF, PRE-RDF) wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i towarzyszącą”. Szczegółowy zakres usług Inżyniera Kontraktu przedstawiono w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) – Część II SWZ. Z zastrzeżeniem Projektowanych Postanowień Umowy – Część III SWZ (PPU), minimalny czas świadczenia Usługi będzie wynosił do 186 tygodni, a maksymalny czas świadczenia Usługi będzie wynosił 318 tygodni.
