In general, the Works comprise the replacing of 4no. separate parts of the existing single storey flat roofed sections of the school building. Overall Roof Area is 650m2. New single ply polymeric roof covering is to be laid on tapered and flat roofing boards fixed over existing roof covering on concrete roof decks.
