Description

Trondheim municipality would like increased use of public private cooperation in its construction projects and thus invites the municipality to a market dialogue. The market dialogue will be held as "one-to-one" meetings. This time the municipality would like contact with suppliers who have experience with implementation models such as Traditional OPS and CM models (Contract management). Interaction models can also be a relevant, but interaction is perceived to be such a widely used model that the market is considered to be well existing. The purpose of the market dialogue is to partly clarify whether the market will submit tenders for the mentioned models and partly with the intention of preparatory market for the projects that will be implemented. The following two major construction projects are assessed to be relevant for alternative contract models for implementation:a. The smelter site at Lilleby (school and other functions)b. Stokkbekken HVS (Health and Welfare Centre, but the zoning plan allows for several purposes)
