Description
The contracting authority shall procure a system for procurement analysis in 2024. The system shall give the contracting authority an overview and control over the purchased goods and services. Furthermore, the system shall also be used for following up agreements, including price checks on contracts and follow-up of contractloyity. The system shall analyse and categorise product lines from EHF invoices, with enrichment of information from the contracting authority ́s finance system (Visma). The aim of the dialogue meetings is to get a good understanding of what the market can offer, as well as to get input from the market participants on how the municipalities ́needs can be solved in the best possible way. The form of dialogue will be based on one-to-one meetings on teams or physically. Relevant tenderers are invited to a meeting 13.06.2024. 50 minutes will be set aside for each one-to-one meeting.
