Description
Providers of Helicopter Services in Greenland are invited for a dialogue with the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS) to investigate if their services and GEUS’ need for helicopter support match. A tender for both Ad Hoc and Full Charter framework agreements (for a 4-year period) is expected to be issued in the autumn of 2025 with agreements to be signed and in force as of January 2026. The dialogue is planned to take place as online meetings during the period from April 28th to May 16th (weeks 18-19-20). To save time, we invite interested helicopter companies to prepare their answers to the questions in the document below and to book a meeting by sending an e-mail to Marianne Vestergaard; mve@geus.dk before April 24th at noon. Meetings will be held in Danish or English, as preferred.
