Description
The Ministry of Health and Human Services will procure a procurement of analysis of the Health Platform, to follow up the Storting's decision to provide an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Health Platform: "The Storting asks the government to provide open and independent economic, social, quality and legal analyses of advantages and disadvantages for hospitals, municipalities, gps and patients with the journal and interaction system Health Platform. The analyses must consider alternatives with continuation and improvement or systems based on existing alternatives in the market. The Norwegian Parliament is at the latest briefed on the processing of the national budget for 2026. The Storting also decided to ask the government to keep the Storting informed of the government's plan for how it should follow up on the Auditor General's recommendations from Document 3:3 (2024-2025)" The analysis must have good quality and legitimacy. At the same time, a number of surveys and evaluations have already been carried out on the Health Platform, which can probably be used, so that it is not necessary to "reinvent the wheel".
