Der Landkreis Eichstätt bietet die Grundstücke mit den Fl.Nrn. 169 und 169-11 der Gemarkung Marienstein - Eichstätt sowie der Fl.Nr. 1022-20 der Gemarkung Schernfeld, Gesamtfläche: ca. 97.000 qm an, um zum Einen den vorhandenen Fossiliensteinbruch mit Öffnungszeiten von mindestens von Ostern bis Ende Oktober an sechs Wochentagen (darunter Sa. und So.) von 10 bis 16 Uhr zu betreiben und zum Anderen zur Errichtung und den Betrieb einer Touristischen Anlage mit einer Tiny-Haus-Siedlung
