Description
Hankinnan kohteena ovat Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy:n asiakkailleen rakennuttamat investointihankkeiden rakennustyöt suoritusvelvollisuuden mukaan kokonaisurakkana tai jaettuna urakkana. Maksuperusteena voi olla kokonaishinta, laskutyö tai tavoitehinta. Hankkeiden hankinta-arvot ovat pääsääntöisesti 50 t€ - 1 M€. Hankintatavat ovat minikilpailutus tai tilaus laskutyönä. Hankinnassa perustetaan puitejärjästely, johon valitaan 15 urakoitsijaa. Puitejärjestelyn toimintamalli on kerrottu sopimusluonnoksessa. Tampereen kaupunginhallitus hyväksyi 10.3.2025 kaupungin liittymisen päästöttömien työmaiden green deal -sitoumukseen. Hankinnan asianumero: 074/00/25
