De scope van het project concentreert zich op de Duinstraat in het gebied tussen de toekomstige rotonde met de Scheveningseweg en de aansluiting op lijn 11 ter plaatse bij de rotonde Westduinweg. De rotonde heeft één rijstrook voor het autoverkeer. Door het toepassen van een rotonde wordt het weer mogelijk om vanaf de Scheveningseweg de Duinstraat in te rijden. 5 miljoen Euro
