L'affidamento ha per oggetto la concessione trentennale in regime di progetto di finanza ai sensi art. 193 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 dell’campo da calcetto presente all’interno del Parco del Velodromo degli Ulivi nella zona retrostante il chiosco-bar previa conversione dello stesso in nr. 3 campi da padel e dunque previa esecuzione di tutte le opere e provviste occorrenti per dare completamente ultimati i lavori propedeutici. L'intervento di ristrutturazione e riqualificazione in argomento è interamente finanziato con capitale privato. Il progetto del Promotore in estrema sintesi prevede i seguenti parametri: • realizzazione in luogo dell’attuale campo di calcetto di n° 3 (tre) campi da padel “panoramici” con superficie da gioco coperta da una nuova struttura tensostatica in ferro; • realizzazione ex novo del blocco destinato ai servizi igienici e spogliatoi con relativi impianti. • intervento stimato complessivamente in € 519.459,00 da capitale privato • durata della concessione fissata in 30 (trenta) anni • target stimato utenti coinvolti: da 10 a 69 anni • impiego di almeno n° 4 unità lavorative (2 istruttori, 1 amministrativo/segreteria, 1 addetto pulizie) • corresponsione in favo…
