Het leveren van een breed reisaanbod voor internationale dienstreizen (vliegreizen en treinreizen, inclusief indien noodzakelijk (inter)nationale hotelovernachtingen, autohuur, taxi en ferry) met een hoog niveau van moderne serviceverlening en hoge gebruiksvriendelijkheid van tools (waaronder een online booking tool) en optimale processen.
