Description
The European Chemicals Agency in Helsinki is procuring consultancy services to conduct an independent, external review of its organisation model. The Agency invites you to submit your tender in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. ECHA shall, on the basis of internal competitive tendering within the Hansel dynamic purchasing system, select one service provider for the duration of the contract. Submission of a tender requires acceptance of the terms and conditions of the customer specific contract drafted by ECHA, as a part of the procurement documents
