Description
THE NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The contracting authority Technical Operations, the Water and Sewage department in Gjøvik municipality, intends to enter into a contract with Norkart, without a prior competition for procuring a preliminary system that can currently deliver a complete standard system (delivered as a cloud service) within municipal engineering, property taxes and fixing fees for seamless data flow between land registers - trade modules and fee module, without an investment in development/adaptation. This choice is based on market surveys that suggest that there are no other tenderers with a complete system that covers the contracting authority ́s needs. The system shall: Tenderers must offer a comprehensive pre-system, which delivers applications for all fee groups within municipal engineering, property taxes and fixing fees. The presystem shall provide a total overview of the fee basis for the municipal services within water, sewage and septic sanitation. In addition the system shall be able to receive customer information and charges for sanitation, so that the duty history for each g.nr/b.nr is complete.
