Description
Arendal municipality and Grimstad municipality shall procure a SW system for route optimisation and duty list planning for the Home Service, and envisages entering into a 4 year agreement with Spider Solutions AS. Arendal municipality and Grimstad municipality have Gerica as their electronic patient journal system (EPJ-system) and Visma Flyt Ressursstyring as their rota and resource management system. An optimisation tool shall be integrated with both of the above mentioned systems. The system shall be ready for installation and connection to Gerica and Visma Flyt Ressursstyring immediately after the deadline in the intention notice expires. Thus, only a fully developed system is in operation in equivalent municipalities that are relevant for the procurement. The system shall be implemented and put into daily operation in November 2024, fully integrated with Gerica and Visma Flyt Ressursstyring. The contracting authority has assessed the need to fall under the procurement regulations - § 13-4 b) point 3.
