Description
Sykehuspartner HF shall procure software for tracing breast milk that Sykehuspartner, as an ICT service provider, shall be able to offer to the companies that currently have a milk bank within HSØ. An internal system has been developed that the companies within for HSØ shall use. A competition will therefore not be held. The basis for the procurement being exempt from the regulations is given in the Public Procurement Regulations § 3-3.
