Description
Bodø municipality needs to realise a shared housing system for six young adults with disabilities. Gjerdhaugen Utvikling AS is owned by Boligbyggelaget NOBL, which has initiated a housing project at Gjerdhaugen in Tverlandet (cadet 70, bnr. 763), next to Tverlandet residential and service centre. The project shall contain 21 units of various sizes. NOBL has offered the municipality to establish the relevant shared housing for the six youths with common areas on the ground floor of the project, as well as a personnel base on the first floor. The signed contract means that the municipality shall temporarily fund the housing bank subsidy for the six shares/flats for a short period. The municipality has the right to award the flats. At no time shall the municipality own the relevant shares, which shall be transferred directly from the developer to the buyers. The municipality shall also hire a common area and personnel base for the housing cooperative. At the time of the contract signing, NOBL has already regulated and engineered the project ready for sale. Bodø municipality has not influenced the engineering design services.
