Description
Tromsø municipality intends to enter into a contract for up to 170 residences at Storelva in Tromsø, Storelvtunet 1 AS. The procurement will be a direct procurement that, according to Tromsø municipality ́s assessment, is not covered by the procurement rules, cf. the procurement regulations § 2-4 letter a. It has also been considered that the contract does not fall under the type of building and construction contract in accordance with the procurement regulations § 4-1 letter d. The signing of the contract depends on political decisions in the municipal council.
