Description
The Innherred municipalities (hereafter called the contracting authority) consist of the municipalities of Levanger, Verdal, Inderøy, Steinkjer and Snåsa. The municipalities intend to enter into a contract (SSA-L) with Framsikt AS for the delivery of an overall cloud based SaaS system for financial planning, municipal plans and performance management. The contracting authority has been following the market for a long time and has found that there is only one supplier who can deliver a system that fulfils the contracting authority ́s needs.
