Description
Helse Bergen HF has the Swisslog transport system for transporting various goods. In addition to the maintenance that the health company itself provides, there is a need for some specialised maintenance assignments. The systems have a proprietary licensed software from the manufacturer, which means that this work must be carried out by the manufacturer ́s representative. The contract is exempted from a competition pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 letter b, no. 2. - Competition is impossible for technical reasons as there is only one tenderer who can carry out the service.
