Description
The service covers service, installation and workshop services with the accompanying logistics and storage services for Norsk Tipping ́s dealer network in Norway. Since Norsk Tipping ́s dealers are spread over the entire country, this requires a well developed service apparatus. Field service: Nationwide field service, troubleshooting, replacing modules as well as repairs. Minimum 90% of dealers have a response time of 3 hours (the current delivery is 92.5%), 8% have a response time of 5 hours (the current delivery 6.2%) and 2% with a response time the next day (the current delivery is 1.3%). The service will be carried out Mondays to Saturdays as well as public holidays excluding Sundays. The service will be provided from 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 20:00 Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Saturdays and 10:00 – 17:00 public holiday. Response time means attendance at the dealer. Installation: The service involves installation, disassembly and moving of equipment at Norsk Tipping ́s dealers. Electrician services are also a part of this.
