Description
Rakkestad municipality shall procure a system for the recovery of municipal requirements, as it has been decided that the municipality shall carry out own collection. A completed market survey has revealed that there will only be one supplier who can cover the municipality ́s needs. Rakkestad municipality therefore intends to enter into an agreement with KapitalKontroll AS for the provision of the receivable system KK2. Rakkestad municipality needs a cloud system with integration with the Norwegian Tax Administration's Særnamsmann as well as its own ERP systems with the possibility for debtors to follow their cases. Furthermore, it is crucial that the tenderer can provide professional competence and case handling support as needed.
