Description
Hemit HF has a main contract (Enterprise Agreement - EA) with Microsoft that lasts from 1 March 2021 to 29 February 2024. Hemit HF operates the computer systems for the health authorities in Helse Midt-Norge and the EA agreement ́s products are used in all the health authorities in the health region, as well as helseplattformen AS. Hemit HF shall procure a new main contract with products and services from Microsoft, which will last for the period from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2026, as well as a two year option for this , until 29 February 2028. In addition to Microsoft, as a product and service provider and Hemit HF, ATEA is also the contract party based on its function as a dealer of Hemit HF ́s agreements with Microsoft - ref Doffin notice 2021-337683.
