Description
Helse Vest RHF intends to enter into a direct contract with Rehabilitering Vest regarding the purchase of specialised rehabilitation services. Helse Vest has assessed that the terms for a direct procurement have been met. It is in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §13-3 letter a, cf. the Regulations § 30-5 fourth paragraph, that a competition can be held without a prior announcement that had preceded an unsuccessful tender contest. The contract will be valid from 01.05.2024 to 30.04.2028. Helse Vest has a unilateral option to extend the contract for two (2) years + two (2) years. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 22,481,200. Any objections to the signing of the contract are to be registered via Mercell within the deadline: 12.02.2024, 23:59.
