Description
Pursuant to the public procurement regulations § 8-18, a cooperation agreement is planned for the procurement of milling services between the waste management companies Hadeland and Ringerike Avfallsselskap AS (HRA) and Horisont Miljøpark IKS. The milling service includes milling of garden waste and return wood, as well as an option for milling round hey balls from agriculture. Sirkula IKS acts as procurement consultant and the contract manager for the two companies through the strategic cooperation between the companies - INSIGHT.
