Description
This notice replaces the notice with Doffin ID 2024-104567 and Ted ID: 181854-2024 due to lack of information. In July 2022 Oslo Universitetssykehus HF (OUS) entered into an innovation partnership with KPMG AS to develop a control tower for planning and implementation of surgery in hospitals. The Innovation Partnership was carried out in four phases and a cloud based software solution, called the Control Tower, has been developed throughout the partnership. The solution was formally approved on 30 June 2023.The agreement on innovation partnerships includes an option for the procurement of the system, and OUS informed KPMG on the 9 December 2023 that OUS wanted to use the option. Based on this, a contract has been negotiated for the procurement of the system between Sykehuspartner and KPMG. Sykehuspartner is entering into the contract on behalf of OUS. Sykehusinnkjøp HF hereby announces that Sykehuspartner HF will enter into a contract with KPMG for the procurement of the system for OUS. The agreement is divided into three phases.
