Description
Norsk Tipping participates in the regional collaboration project "T10". "T10" is a collaboration project between public and private actors, where Inland is defined as a unified region with great diversity and many possibilities in green next-generation industrial and technology jobs. Coordinated and impactful marketing initiatives will run to attract international talent, as well as active experience and competence exchange between the project participants and the use of a joint recruitment and marketing platform. When participating in the project "T10", companies, municipalities and other organisations in Innlandet will work together to attrate and retain new inhabitants and talents for the region. The project has identified the recruitment platform MindDig (www.minddig.com) as best suited to safeguard the needs of the project. MinDig AB is a development initiative established in Luleå in northern Sweden to support the enormous competence need of the region's enormous green industrial commitment, not quite different to the needs of Inland.
