Description
Genomics Core Facility (GCF http://www.ntnu.edu/dmf/gcf) at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (MH fak.), NTNU intends to enter into contract with Illumina vedr. consumables and service contract for Illumina MiSeq, NextSeq500 and NovaSeq6000) instruments that we have available in our laboratory. The GCF service includes genotyping and DNA methylation microarray analysis by using Illumina platforms (iScan) the instruments can only be "run" with Illumina "reagents/sets" (e.g. sequencing flow cells and sequencing sets), with Illumina being the sole supplier. The value of the contract is approx. 4 million NOK per year, including service contracts.
