Description
Digitale Gardermoen kommunale oppgavefellesskap (DGI) intends to sign a contract with Acos AS for upgrading Acos Websak and Interact until the latest version for its owner municipalities. This is an upgrade of the current case and archive system delivered in a new delivery model. The upgrading based on the current Websak will contribute to a more functional and future orientated system from server to cloud system, where the supplier Acos AS will ensure the new delivery model for all assignments connected to operation of platform and system. The aim of the upgrade is to use possibilities and gains with a case and archive system that the municipality can benefit from in the form of both internal and external work processes. The upgrade is based on the same product/system with the further development of Acos Websak. As there are no other actors who can migrate our case and archive system into the supplier ́s cloud system, the public procurement regulations (FOA) § 13-4 (b) 2 apply.
