Description
Karmøy municipality, with the accompanying parties, intends to sign an ongoing service contract (3 years fixed + ongoing with termination) with Acos AS for changes of current Websak to a cloud based system from Acos.The following municipalities are a part of this contract: KarmøyHaugesundTysværboknVindafjordEtneKontrakten involves cloud operation, maintenance and user support connected to ACOS WebSak with sub-modules. This is a change of the current case and archive system delivered in a new delivery model. In the new delivery model ACOS AS will take responsibility for all assignments connected to both operation of the platform and the system. This also means that the current agreement between ACOS AS and the municipalities will be replaced when the change is in place. Value of the procurement over four years: NOK 24.2 million excluding VAT.
