Description
Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, ab 2027 ihre Messinfrastruktur schrittweise durch neue intelligente Messgeräte für Wandlermessungen zu ersetzen und zu ergänzen. Konkret benötigt die Auftraggeberin zwei Typen solcher Messgeräte, einen für Niederspannung («Typ NS») und einen für Mittelspannung («Typ MS»). Beide Gerätetypen haben zwingend derselben Baureihe bzw. demselben Bautyp anzugehören.
