Description
VRT wil een overeenkomst afsluiten voor de aankoop van een parkeerreservatie systeem dat het mobiliteits-en parkeerbeleid van VRT optimaal ondersteunt. Het gaat hier om de benodigde software, professionele diensten voor de ondersteuning en het onderhoud van dit systeem. Het is belangrijk dat dit systeem VRT-parkeerplaatsen flexibel en efficiënt beheert en optimaal de beschikbare parkeerplaatsen benut. Aangezien het aantal reserveerbare plaatsen beperkt is, moet de oplossing rekening houden met diverse behoeften binnen de complexe VRT-organisatie rond reservatie van parkeerplaatsen: VIP, gasten, shiftwerkers, personen met beperkte mobiliteit, productievoertuigen, etc. Een goede begeleiding van medewerkers om het systeem zo goed mogelijk te gebruiken moet bijdragen tot de naleving van bepaalde regels en richtlijnen. Integraties met bestaande systemen, onder andere met Active Directory en een toegangscontrolesysteem, moeten mogelijk zijn. Het systeem moet beschikbaar zijn via een mobiele applicatie en een web platform
