Description
i-CITY développe, en collaboration avec des sociétés externes, des solutions s'appuyant massivement sur des technologies du cloud Microsoft essentiellement fondées sur Dynamics 365 CRM et/ou ERP mais s’appuyant sur les autres piliers du cloud Microsoft (M365, Azure). Il s'agit notamment du CiRM CMT, Real Estate Management, Ressource Management Tool, Finance & Operations et LIOS. Actuellement, la prise en charge du support, de la maintenance opérationnelle, corrective et évolutive ne sont pas assurées en interne, mais par les sociétés externes ayant été chargées du développement de ces solutions. Au terme de la mission de ces sociétés, nous souhaitons nous assurer que ces solutions continuent à être maintenues par un consortium compétent sur l’ensemble des technologies cloud Microsoft. L'objectif final de ce marché est de cadrer la transition vers la maintenance et le support opérés par ce consortium.
