Description

De opdracht betreft de integrale ontwerpopdracht (Total Engineering) ten behoeve van de ver-/ nieuwbouw van de school locatie in Almelo. De werkzaamheden omvatten het architectonische, constructieve en installatietechnische ontwerp, inclusief de benodigde bouwfysische-, brandveiligheid- en duurzaamheidsadviezen en uitwerkingen. De diverse disciplines nemen deel in het ontwerpteam. Het project betreft de ver-/ nieuwbouw van de school locatie aan de Bornerbroeksestraat 348 in Almelo met 10.814 m2 bvo. Het gaat om een locatie voor voortgezet onderwijs (vmbo) en mbo onderwijs en het totaal beschikbare budget is begroot op ca. 17 miljoen excl. btw. Op locatie Almelo werken ca. 250 medewerkers. In het inpassingsplan is rekening gehouden met ca. 800 VMBO leerlingen en ca. 600 MBO studenten.
