Description
De gemeente Utrecht wil één overeenkomst afsluiten voor een integraal ontwerpteam voor het ontwerp van de nieuwe sporthal die in Lunetten komt te staan. De opdracht betreft het SO tot en met DO, inclusief de aanvraag voor de omgevingsvergunning (DO+). Daarna controle op het TO en de esthetische-, installatietechnische- en bouwfysische bouwbegeleiding. Het taakstellend budget voor de 6 fases in deze aanbesteding betreft €649.000,- exclusief btw.
