Description

De opdracht behelst in hoofdzaak het uitvoeren van de ontwerpwerkzaamheden voor de renovatie en nieuwbouw van het gebouw van het HMC te Amsterdam. Voor uitvoering van de opdracht is ervoor gekozen om een integraal ontwerpteam uit te vragen waarin tenminste de volgende disciplines vertegenwoordigd zijn: • Architectuur; • Constructies; • Installatieadvies; • Bouwfysica en akoestiek; • Duurzaamheid De geraamde bouwkosten bedragen in totaliteit € 28.000.000 excl. btw. Deze bouwkosten zijn gebaseerd op 11.000 m² bvo renovatie, 5.000 m² bvo nieuwbouw en 15-30 parkeerplaatsen.
