Instrumente de măsurare necesare pentru dezvoltarea și modernizarea infrastructurii de cercetare, prin dotarea cu echipamente performante destinate colectării, procesării și analizării datelor atmosferice și geospațiale. Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
