Description
Die Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin fragt für drei Gebäude Installation, Pacht und Betriebsführung einer Photovoltaik-Dachanlage über 20 Jahre nach. Die Vertragsstruktur sieht je Gebäude bzw. Los vor, dass der Auftragnehmer die jeweilige Dachfläche vom Land Berlin als Eigentümer des Gebäudes pachtet. Der Auftragnehmer installiert eine Photovoltaik-Dachanlage auf der Dachfläche, betreibt und verpachtet sie an die Auftraggeberin für regelmäßig 20 Jahre.
