Description
De opdracht betreft E&W installatieonderhoud voor de locaties zoals genoemd in paragraaf 1.2 van deze aanbestedingsleidraad. Hieronder valt in ieder geval het correctief onderhoud, het preventief onderhoud, het storingsonderhoud, keuringen. Opdrachtnemer dient de opdracht uit te voeren conform het programma van eisen zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 1. Het doel van de opdracht is op een zo praktisch mogelijke wijze invulling geven aan het E&W installatieonderhoud waarbij de levensduur van de installaties in het oog wordt gehouden, proactief wordt geadviseerd en korte communicatielijnen zijn geborgd. Hieronder is een afname opgenomen over 2024: 1. E installaties: ca. € 85.000 inclusief btw 2. W installaties: ca. € 170.000 inclusief btw Aan deze bedragen zijn geen rechten te ontlenen. Gebaseerd op historische gegevens en toekomstige verwachtingen raamt opdrachtgever de jaarlijkse waarde van de totale opdracht op gemiddeld € 260.000 inclusief btw per jaar.
