Description
Onderhavige Opdracht omvat de installatietechnische en bouwfysische ontwerp- en advieswerkzaamheden ten behoeve van de (> 40jr levensduurverlengende) renovatie van het gebouw en het bijbehorende terrein. De installatieadviseur en de adviseur bouwfysica, akoestiek en brandveiligheid worden als één partij geselecteerd en gecontracteerd. De Aanbestedende Dienst gaat bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het Project uit van een bouwteamverband vanaf fase DO. 5.800 m2 bvo
