Furnizare, instalare, testare, instruire personal beneficiar si punere in functiune instalatie pentru cresterea monocristalelor prin metoda Czochralski cu control automat al diametrului. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile.
