Insta SafeLink-salauslaitteiden hankinta. Tällä hankinnalla hankitaan SafeLink-salauslaitteiden elinkaaripäivitys vuosille 2024–2024 kattamaan nykyiset V4-sarjan laitteet. V4-sarjan tuettu elinkaari päättyy vuonna 2025 ja nämä hankinnan kohteena olevat salauslaitteet hankitaan korvaamaan olemassa olevia laitteita.
