Het onderwerp van de aanbesteding bestaat uit het inspecteren van alle bomen in de openbare ruimte (boomveiligheidscontrole en de onderhoudstoestand BVC+), inclusief eventuele nadere (technische) onderzoeken en de inventarisatie op en verwijderen van de Eikenprocessierups (EPR), het één en ander conform de Technische specificaties opgenomen in Bijlage 3. 0
