Fingrid is seeking potential vendors authorized to distribute Esri licenses within the EU to participate in a procurement tender process. The tenderer should be able to provide either: - Esri ArcGIS PRO, ArcGIS Enterprice and ArcGIS Online licenses or - Enterprise Agreements (EA) including Esri Lisenses.
