Swedavia avser att upphandla en inloggningsportalstjänst (captive portal) med stöd för betalfunktioner, autentisering och användarflöden för gäster, besökare och samarbetspartners som använder Swedavias befintliga gäst‑WiFi‑nät. "För de fall att anbudsansökande företag vill använda sig av European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) kommer Swedavia möjliggöra för detta genom att på begäran skicka ut dokumentet till det anbudssökande företaget. Dokumentet kan sedan fyllas i och bifogas anbudsansökningen. Användandet av ESPD är frivilligt."
